Wedding Agreement

Due to the nature of our business, the time a wedding is scheduled must be adhered to. Since there is no way of knowing whether a previous wedding ceremony will finish on time, the wedding party is asked to arrive at the scheduled time. This is with the exception of calling ahead of time to the chapel and asking if an early arrival is permissible. Concerning late arrivals, for example, the duration of the Precious Memories Wedding is one hour. Therefore, by arriving late, you will cut your allotted time short. The ceremony generally takes no more than 15 minutes, with the cake cutting and champagne toast lasting about 30 minutes. This allows time for your guests to arrive and be seated and the bride and groom to change if needed. Extra time is available at an additional charge of $150 per 1/2 hour. Additional time must be arranged in advance. Extra time may not be available due to other weddings scheduled for that day. Should the wedding run late or run over the allocated time, you will be charged at the rate of $285 per 1/2 hour Monday through Thursday and $350 per half hour weekends, holidays or special events with a 1/2 hour minimum. This rule applies to the allotted times for all wedding plans. Misbehavior of children, unruly or intoxicated guests will not be tolerated. Photographers and videographers are welcome. Loud or boisterous behavior, or bullying the minister or his staff will not be allowed by these professionals. With the exception of petals from the flower girl, confetti, bubbles, rice or any debris is not allowed within the chapel. These may be used outside the chapel gate. Any breakage or damage to the premises or its contents is the responsibility of the bride and groom jointly. Smoking is not permitted in the chapel. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the reserved date. Any cancellations or no-shows within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date will cause any and all fees for services to become due and payable in the full amount of the confirmed wedding chosen.
